RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Custom Orders are Final. No Refund, No Exchange under any circumstances. All Sales are final, no return, no refund. In case of any returns accepted (excluding Custom Order) a restocking fee of 33% would be charged.

The undersigned Purchaser/Recipient agrees to pay the total amount of the invoice e per the terms specified herein above. If not paid in full, the undersigned would be liable for a service charge/penalty of 2.5% per month on the unpaid balance till it is fully paid off, failing which, the undersigned agrees to be liable for all costs as of collection, including attorney and court costs, etc.
